DoseTime LLC ("DoseTime," "we," "our") provides a reminder app for individuals and caregivers. This explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- Name and contact information (if provided)
- Medication names and schedules you enter
- Device type and app version (to improve reliability)
DoseTime uses local notifications and optional push notifications. We do not access contacts, location, or camera data.
How We Use Information
- Send medication reminders
- Notify caregivers of taken or missed doses
- Improve performance and provide support
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the app under strict privacy rules.
Caregivers and Children
Parents and caregivers may use DoseTime to manage medication reminders for children under 13, provided the adult is the account holder and enters the information.
Children under 13 should not create or manage their own DoseTime accounts. This allows caregivers to support minors safely while keeping DoseTime compliant with privacy laws.
Your Choices
You may contact admin@dosetime.app to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Ask us to delete your information
Data Retention
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for support. You can request deletion at any time.
Children's Privacy
DoseTime is not directed to children under 13. If information from a child under 13 is received without adult supervision, it will be deleted promptly.
